Since website design and quality are the first two things you notice when going to a specific website, I will begin the review by addressing some of the most common factors that you may want to know.

As soon as you enter the main page, you will notice that blue and orange colors dominate in website design. You will also see some shades of purple and green that go well with other colors. Regarding the quality of the website, it seems to be pretty good.  While some psychic websites are outdated, this one has a modern design with some cool features.

Overall, the website is user-friendly and functions properly. The services offered through the platform are split into different sections and they are quite easy to find. I have not had any problems with how the website functions whatsoever.

While the higher per minute price is definitely a sign of a talented psychic, you can be assured that a lower price doesn’t mean the opposite. You get gifted psychics at every tier along the way! ”

We have found while reviewing California Psychis that the pricing can range starting anywhere from $1/minute at the minimum to $15+/minute.

Price Packages

Continuing with price packages, we should note that you pay for a reading in the same way as in the case of many other psychic websites. You pay for the minutes you spend talking with a specific psychic. Still, there are some nuances that we should consider. After going to the website, you will see a section named “Buy A Package.” You will first need to go there and select a price package that works best for you. To save up some money while making the purchase, you can either choose an offer or enter a promo code in a designated field. Finally, you review order details, select payment method, and you are ready to go!

The price range for different types of reading services is not that broad compared to other psychic websites. You can receive guidance for as low as $3.00 per minute and as high as about $15.00. I was pretty surprised to see that the maximum you may have to pay for a reading session is $15.00 for a minute of chat/call time. The reason for my reaction is that most of the psychics on other online platforms offer readings for about $2.00, and the price can reach $30.00 or even more.

The rate of a psychic is dependent on his/her experience working on the platform as well as the overall rating. Typically, top-rated psychics offer services at higher rates, but this does not necessarily mean that you cannot receive an accurate reading for a lower price. Moreover, the rate is also affected by the type of service a particular psychic provides. If you are willing to receive a relatively complex and in-depth reading, you may end up paying more compared to simple and straightforward readings.

My personal view is that paying a minimum of $3.00 per minute is not a good deal at all. Besides, you do not even receive any free minutes when talking with a psychic for the first time. You start paying for the session as soon as you connect to the psychic. The reason for such a high price may be the fact that you receive some bonus dollars when purchasing a particular package. It seems like they give you some free credits but make the services a little bit more expensive at the same time.

Effectiveness and Accuracy of the Readings

To determine how effective and accurate the readings provided on California Psychics really are, I decided to consult a couple of psychics and share my honest thoughts. Since the majority of people are looking for talented but affordable psychics, I selected advisors with high ratings offering services for a relatively low price.

You will most probably be curious whether affordable and expensive readings differ in their accuracy and trustworthiness. For that reason, I decided to also consult a psychic providing readings for a slightly high price.

Note that personal information of the psychics that I talked with will not be shared in the article. Instead, I will refer to these psychics as Psychic #1, Psychic #2, and Psychic #3 throughout the following sections.

• Experience with Psychic #1

For my very first reading on California Psychics, I decided to go with a love reading and selected an advisor to whom I will refer as Psychic #1.

After telling her that I wanted to receive a love reading, she asked me to provide the names of my partner and me. And this is all she wanted to know. In a few seconds, I received a text about our relationship. She told me that my partner and I were currently dealing with some issues regarding our communication, but everything was going to get better eventually. She specified that this was likely to happen at the end of the year. The psychic even told me that we are meant for each other and the connection is strong.

Although the reading seemed to be somewhat specific with the events and timeframes, I felt like the text was copied and pasted. My assumption is based on the fact that she replied in just a few seconds and the text was not that short. I am not really sure how she managed to connect with my soul and type 6-8 lines of text in about 30 seconds.

Overall, the reading seemed to be realistic, but I doubt that the text was specifically for me. The fact that Psychic #1 was so quick with her response makes me think that this was a generalized text that she had already prepared in advance.

• Experience with Psychic #2

Since career and work are among the most popular topics for psychic consultations, this is what I chose for my second reading. Similarly to the previous experiment, I selected an affordable psychic specializing in career and work reading.

After asking the psychic to provide reading about my career and if I was going to face any difficulties in the future, she told me that I was successful but not really happy with my job. I am not sure why she saw this because I genuinely enjoy what I am doing right now.

As you may already know, lots of psychics try to retrieve information from their clients to base their readings on that. I wanted to check if Psychic #2 would change her mind if I told her that I was happy with my job. And this is exactly what I did. In a few seconds, she replied with a text about how happy my future is with my current job. I realized that she quickly modified the reading based on what I had said.

• Experience with Psychic #3

To finalize the experiment, I decided to check the accuracy of the readings provided by a relatively expensive psychic. As a matter of fact, talented advisors with genuine psychic abilities charge you more than those with just a few years of experience working in the field. Therefore, I expected the reading to be much more specific with all the events and timeframes.

Since most of the psychics specialize in a couple of areas, I decided to ask the specific psychic questions about both my love life and career.

As soon as I asked her a question about my love life, she told me to take three deep breaths while focusing on my question and visualizing my partner. Shortly after that, she provided a very detailed reading with specific events and dates. This was one of the most accurate readings I have received in my entire life.

Next, I asked her to tell me more about my career and if I was going to face any difficulties in the nearest future. Luckily, she was also precise with every sentence. She was specific, even with timeframes. Instead of talking about seasons or months, she specified the possible dates.

Overall, the reading was pretty accurate and reliable. Psychic #3 made everything she could to make me feel that I was receiving an actual face-to-face reading.

Value for Price

As I have reviewed some of the basic features of the website and consulted three different psychics, it is time to reach a verdict. You may be wondering whether the readings were worth the amount of money I have paid. And here is what I honestly think about the value for the price.

The reading session with Psychic #1 lasted for 3 minutes and I ended up paying $12.00. Although the reading seemed to be somewhat specific, there is no way one can type so fast and provide feedback in just a few seconds. For that reason, I do not think that the psychic was reliable by any means. I feel like the money was just wasted for literally nothing.

Regarding my second reading, I talked with the psychic for 3 minutes as well and paid $9.00 for the session. My experience with Psychic #2 was even worse compared to the previous one. She tried to retrieve some valuable details from me to use the information for the reading. She was not specific whatsoever and the nine dollars I spend for the séance were also wasted.

Luckily, my third reading ended up being a huge success. Psychic #3 was the nicest advisor I have ever talked with. She provided extremely accurate details about my love life and career. She was also specific with all the dates. Although I paid $68.00 for an 8-minute reading session, I do not regret it at all. I believe that the money I spent on the reading was worth it.

Summing up, I cannot really say anything positive about the affordable psychics. Despite the fact that their overall ratings were pretty high, their readings were not accurate by any means. Note that this does not necessarily mean that each and every affordable psychic on California Psychics is not genuine. On the contrary, the psychic providing services for a relatively high price ended up being extremely accurate. This is what made me think that it is better to pay more for a reliable reading instead of paying less for a bunch of generalized texts.
